Join us on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of October for Lemur Weekend, a special event in honour of World Lemur Day. It’s your chance to learn more about these fascinating primates, discover their incredible world, and find out how you can help protect them.

We’ll be set up opposite our red ruffed lemurs’ habitat, where you’ll be greeted by our Education Team and some very special guests from our conservation partners, Feedback Madagascar, a Scottish-based charity doing brilliant work to support communities and wildlife in Madagascar.

Why We’re Celebrating
World Lemur Day is all about shining a spotlight on these amazing (and often endangered) primates and raising awareness about how we can help protect them. Lemurs are found only in Madagascar, and more than 90% of species are under threat from habitat loss and deforestation.
By joining us for Lemur Weekend, you’re helping us spread the word – and every conversation, raffle ticket and shared photo helps make a difference. All proceeds from the weekend will be donated to our Link to the Wild fundraising initiative.
