Looking for a unique venue for your next corporate meeting, conference or business event? At Blair Drummond Safari Park, we offer a truly memorable setting that blends professional facilities with a unique safari park experience – all within easy reach of Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Our safari marquee is ideal for everything from board meetings and presentations to networking events and corporate gatherings.
All our corporate packages include a full day’s entry to the park, exclusive use of our safari marquee and free parking. Team building exercises can be added for a flat fee of just £50 and we have a delicious choice of catering options to suit various budgets.
The usual meeting package will include refreshments on arrival, then some time for a presentation or workshop in the marquee with full use of our AV facilities. A sit-down lunch is then provided, followed by some free time or a team-building exercise in the afternoon.
You’re welcome to personalise your package to your exact needs. Just talk to our team and we can usually accommodate most requests. We’ve a number of trusted local suppliers and can advise you on any additional activities and facilities you might require.
Typical conference package includes:

Scavenger hunt
A great way to explore the park, this fun activity will see your team split into groups, each racing to complete the challenge first. This is a fun mix of clues, puzzles and fact-finding missions – a great way to meet our animals, get out in the park, and work together to win.
Close-up encounters
With enough notice, we can arrange unforgettable animal experiences for small groups – your chance to feed our giraffe’s and meerkats or fly our beautiful birds-of-prey.
