Train

You might notice a bit of construction work going on around the park. This is our new safari train adventure. The train will wind through the forest and along the lakeside to Chimp Island, giving brilliant views of our chimps in their habitat.

You’ll be able catch the train from a purpose-built station at the gift shop. The route circles the lake and you’ll have access to audio info about all our resident animals, as well as the native species that live in the surrounding countryside.

We’re hoping the train will be ready for its first journey in the Autumn, but we’ll keep everyone posted on our progress.
